Missing item or get wrong item:

After receiving the cargos, if you find there are some items missing from your order or we sent you incorrect items, please keep all the items in original condition and also keep the packing stuff, weigh all the items together with packing, then take some photos of them and send us the photos by email. Please contact us within 5 working days after receiving the package . We will investigate the case when we get your email. If the case is true, we will send you the missing item or the correct item (sometimes you may be requested to return the incorrect item).

Get damaged items, DOA(dead on arrival)

After receiving the cargos, if you find the item is damaged(cracked) in appearance, immediately contact the carrier and us. If the item does not work (DOA), please take photos of the item including warranty label and send us the photos by email, please contact us within 5 working days after receiving the package. Once the case is clarified, we will resend you the good items. Sometimes for DOA item, you may be requested to return it.

Item is defective under warranty

There is warranty for most of our items, if your item is defective during warranty, you can return it for repair or exchange. If the item was damaged by incorrect use, it is out of warranty. Please make sure the warranty label still exist with the item, or we will refuse it, so please keep the warranty label carefully. 

Return postage

We will not afford the return postage (from your country to our company), your return postage will be paid by coupon (not refund) which can be used on your next order.

PayPal is a secure and trusted payment processing service which allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), Debit Card or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

Notice: 

- After successfully transferring the funds, please email your paying amount and bank slip to sales@tekswo-display.com. 

- We want to remind all customers they are responsible for any local handling fees and Intermediary bank handling fees. Therefore, customers should confirm total payment amounts with their local bank.
